Group Bonus Party

Gather a group of friends together for fundraising or just plain fun.  With a group of 10 orders of 12 dishes each (or 20 orders of 6 dishes) receive your choice of one of the following:

    * A Time for Dinner gift certificate for 1 order

    * An additional dish for each of your guests (up to 12)

Private Party

Would you like your experience to be more private?

Use our party room for a small group (call for details)

OR

Reserve the whole space for a Large Group. All you need to do is gather 24 orders of 12 dishes each and our place is yours!

Plus receive your choice of one of the following:

    * Additional 2 orders of 12 dishes free

    * The value of 2 orders of 12 dishes in Time for Dinner Gift Certificates

    * An additional extra dish for each of your (24) guests

    * A check for $200 made out to your favorite non-profit

Hosting a Time for Dinner party is easy.  

Here are the "must haves":

  • Reserve a session time and date by calling us at (314) 968-8463.
  • For a Large Group Private Party (24 orders) we must receive all of your orders 1 week before your session date. If we have not received all of your orders, we will open the remaining spaces to the public on a first come/first served basis.
  • Each of your guests must register individually with Time for Dinner. It’s easy! Just contact us online, by phone or by fax.

 

What we provide

You get the same Time for Dinner you are accustomed to: a clean and cheerful environment, luscious recipes, fresh cut meat, quality ingredients, generous portions, a sample from next month’s menu, and excellent service from our top-notch Time for Dinner team. 

 

We’ll do the set up and clean up. All you have to do is invite your guests and show up! 

 


What to bring

You’ll need something to carry home your food. A cooler or laundry basket works best.  Feel free to bring your own food, beverages and music. It’s your party!

 

 

Helpful Hints on assembling a private party

 

  • Choose a date – Call us several weeks ahead of time to find out what dates are available for private gatherings. It’s easiest to organize a group around a date or time you currently get together. This could be girls’ night out, date night, when the kids are in school, after work, or bunko night.
  • Reserve your session – Once you’ve settled on a date and time, call us right away to reserve your session. Then you and your friends can begin turning in your orders, remembering to get everyone’s order in one week before your session date. (If we’ve received less than 24 orders for your Large Group private party, we will open the session to the public on a first come/first served basis.)
  • Get your orders in – Remember to remind your guests that it is important they place their orders a week before your reserved session date.
